HISTORY & BACKGROUND REGARDING INSURANCE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND CONSULTING

INSURANCE PROGRAM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND

Ludger has previously  invented and developed the structure and implementation of both the Tenant Deposit Insurance and the Healthcare Providers Compliance Assurance Program - to name a few of the more prominent - in conjunction with major national insurance carriers such as SAFECO, CNA and General Star Indemnity Company. These programs are currently offered as exclusive products, underwritten nationally through major wholesale insurance brokerage firms.

The principals of Ludger have also been instrumental in the development and implementation of single interest Professional Liability Insurance Companies on behalf of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the M.D./J.D. Branch of the American Medical Association.

Prior to the formation of Ludger, the principals had previously developed and obtained the endorsement of the California Medical Association and New York Medical Association - two of the more prominant - for the MedDefense Program underwritten through Lloyds of London. Principals of Ludger have acted as insurance consultants, since 1987, to the International Ironworkers Union (IIU). In conjunction with the IIU relationship, Ludger has continued to assist in the further development and operation of a single interest Workers Compensation Program Management Company, ICIP.
